1 large bag hash browns (frozen)
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350′ degrees F. In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Pour and spread in a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour and is golden brown.
Note: May double recipe for larger crowd.
