Crock-Pot Cabbage,Potatoes and Sausage

1/2 head cabbage, cut into chunks

5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1 lb. Smoked Sausage, cut in pieces (I use Eckrich Smoked Sausage)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Enough water to fill slow cooker half full

Add all ingredients to Crook-Pot. Cook on high for about 4 hours, or low for about 6 hours until potatoes are done.

Note: This goes well with a big pan of southern cornbread.
